Low-alcohol Cocktail

Oh-So-Lojito: 6% ABV
Typical Mojito: 20% ABV

Ingredients
4 cl RumISH
2 cl White rum
10 Mint leaves
2 cl Simple syrup
2 cl Fresh lime juice
Soda water

Garnish
Lime wedge
Fresh mint leaves

Method
Place mint leaves in a highball glass and muddle gently. Add the rest of the ingredients and fill the glass with crushed ice. Swizzle with a bar spoon and top off with a splash of soda water.
