ISH Caribbean Spiced Spirit is a multi award-winning non-alcoholic Rum. Based on a de-alcoholized full strength Rum, originating from the Caribbean Islands of Jamaica and Martinique, we strive to deliver the most authentic non-alcoholic Rum experience for the mindful drinker.

FLAVOR NOTES
Caramel, vanilla and nutmeg. They’re the familiar, rich and warming notes of Rum you can expect when enjoying ISH Caribbean Spiced Spirit. The full strength Rum undergoes a process called “Supercritical CO2 Extraction”, a technology in which carbon dioxide, extracts the alcohol at 73 bars and 30°C. The extraction is carried out at a low temperature to preserve the natural profile of the Rum. The de-alcoholized Rum base is then enriched with vanilla from the Sava region of Madagascar, Indonesian nutmeg and baked apple that all together create the lush, complex flavor of a classic spiced Rum. Additionally we have developed a unique distillate using the shells from chili seeds to provide the satisfying heat we know from our spirits.

HOW TO USE
ISH Caribbean Spiced Spirit is a decadent way to enjoy your favorite Rum drinks like Daiquiris, Cuba Libres and Mojitos. Like you, we couldn’t imagine a world without these classics. ISH Caribbean Spiced Spirit is not intended to be enjoyed neat, but rather to add the Rum element in your alcohol-free Rum cocktails. Or, you can use it in conjunction with other spirits, allowing you to simply reduce the alcohol content of your Rum cocktails.

Method
Add all the ingredients in a highball glass, stir and enjoy.

Espresso MartinISH: 3% ABV
Conventional Espresso Martini: 18% ABV

1 cl Hazelnut syrup
Double espresso shot

Method
Add all the ingredients in a shaker, Shake with ice until chilled and strain into a coupette glass.

Origin: Madagascar
Vanilla is a magical plant with a rich heritage. Our vanilla is of the specific sort “Planifolia Vanilla” – grown in the North Antsirabe, Sava region of Madagascar. With its delicious spice, chocolatey, caramel-like notes, vanilla adds a lot of flavor to our alcohol-free RumISH.

NUTMEG
Origin: Indonesia
Our nutmeg grows rapidly in the tropical regions of Indonesia. with its beloved classic flavor, nutmeg has been enjoyed by millions over the centuries. It has a beautiful warming aroma that is rich, slightly sweet and fresh, making it an ideal flavor for a sophisticated palate.

Water. Glycerol. Natural rum flavouring with other natural flavourings (Contains vanilla, capsicum and nutmeg extract). Apple extract. Acid: Citric acid. Preservative: Potassium sorbate

Our alcohol-free RumISH is made by carefully distilling, steaming and extracting our botanicals to re-create the familiar flavors of a classic rum. To add the warming sensation we know and love from alcohol, we extract the heat molecules from the shells of chili seeds.

  • Why do some of your products contain traces of alcohol?

    The process of extracting flavors from plants sometimes require a small amount of alcohol to release its full flavor. This is why some ISH products are labeled with minimal traces of alcohol. To compare, orange juice and goma dressing contain 0,3%-0,4% alcohol, as does many other everyday products. Therefore it's perfectly safe to consume alcohol-free products labelled with less than 0,5% alcohol, also if you are pregnant.

  • Is ISH safe to enjoy while pregnant?

    All ISH products are perfectly safe to enjoy while pregnant. You might be surprised to learn that many everyday food products actually contain trace amounts of alcohol. Orange juice, for example,contains 0,3%-0,4% alcohol. The soy sauce we love to put on sushi? That has alcohol too. Ever eaten a very ripe banana? Then the odds are you consumed some alcohol. Even bread, once baked, can have residual traces of alcohol. Yet all of these are considered alcohol-free from a regulatory standpoint as the amount of alcohol is so minimal that it has no impact whatsoever.

    However, if enjoying something that is 0% makes you more comfortable, no problem, we’ve got those too. For that, we recommend our Château del ISH Sparkling Wines. Made from traditional grapes and dealcoholized fully to provide you with a sparkling wine experience with no compromise.
