All ISH products contain no more than 0.5% alcohol, which is the legal limit to be considered alcohol-free in Denmark and the EU.
During fermentation of raw ingredients such as wine or beer, a tiny trace of alcohol may naturally occur – so small that it has no noticeable effect on the body. That’s why many of our products are labeled <0.5%. For comparison, similar traces of natural alcohol can be found in ripe fruit or sourdough.
Some of our products, such as ISH Espumante, are completely 0.0%.

ISH products vary in shelf life depending on the type. As a rule of thumb: the less light and air, the longer the freshness.
Unopened products: Most ISH products last between 12 and 60 months, depending on category. Bottles and cans should be stored cool and out of direct sunlight (around 5–25°C / 40–77°F). You’ll always find the best before date on the label or at the bottom of the can.
After opening: Wine, Espumante, and Gløgg: best within 3–4 days, stored in the fridge and tightly closed to preserve flavor and bubbles. – Cocktails in bottles: best within 2–3 days. – Cocktails and beers in cans: single-serve, best enjoyed immediately after opening. – Spirits: stay fresh for up to 12 weeks after opening if stored at room temperature away from sunlight.
In short: Keep your ISH cool, sealed, and out of the sun – and it’ll taste exactly as it should
Most ISH products are vegan, gluten-free and free from common allergens, though there are a few exceptions worth noting.
Our Spritz is not vegan, but it is gluten-free and free from known allergens.
The Gløgg contains egg, milk and sulfites, which means it’s neither vegan nor allergen-free.
All our wines also contain sulfites, a naturally occurring preservative and known allergen.
The Everyday Athlete’s Ale is not vegan and contains barley malt and wheat malt, while Paloma and Mexican Agave are gluten-free but include a barley malt extract.
Every ISH product is clearly labeled with a full ingredient list and allergen information, so you always know exactly what’s in your glass – and can choose what feels right for you.
Shipping costs depend on your order and delivery method. Orders over 600 DKK ship free within Denmark, while smaller orders include a standard shipping fee. You’ll always see the exact cost before checkout – no surprises, just good service.
We ship within 1–3 business days in Denmark and 2–10 business days internationally. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow your package from our shelf to your door.

If you change your mind, you can return unopened products within 30 days of receiving your order.
Once we’ve received and approved your return, we’ll refund the amount to the payment method used for purchase.

We handle all product claims quickly and with care, and we’ll always find a solution that gets everything back on track.
